Dear Members,

At our AGM on Mar 09, 2010 there were not enough members present to form a quorum. An Emergency General Meeting will be held on Mar 30, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the premises of HK Nameplates Ltd., Flat G, 11/F, Phase 2, Yip Fat Factory Building, 73 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong. ( Kwun Tong MTR Exit B3 )

Those unable to be present can vote by proxy. To do so please prepare a letter including:

1. your membership ID
2. your HKID number
3. your respresentative’s HKID Card Number, and
4. your signature.

The proxy letter should be presented by your representative at the EGM upon voting.

See you there and vote for the officials for 2010-2011.

HKMUG Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 9 March, 2010 during our March Monthly Meeting. We will elect the new committee board and announce the Chairman’s Annual Report & Financial Report.

If you want to authorize someone else to come to the AGM to nominate, vote or accept nominations for you, please prepare a letter of authorization including your membership ID, your HKID number, your respresentative's HKID and you signature.
